Real estate tycoon is all about the money.  Unfortunately it’s not quite the millionaire game I had in mind.  There aren’t any variables to figure out and maximize your profits or anything like that.  It’s just a matter of buying low and selling high to pull a profit and ultimately make enough to buy that dream mansion. 

When houses first come on the market they are cheap.  Buy them then and watch your profits rise.  Wait too long to sell and the value will fall.  So basically click as soon as you can and sell as soon as you see profits start to fall.  There isn’t much else to this game but there is a clock that you can see how long it takes you to reach your dream house.
